Add & manage vendors
Your supplier register. Each vendor links to its contracts, licences, contacts, documents and a risk score that drives the next review date. A KVK lookup fills the company details for you.
Steps
1. Open the add dialog
Click Add vendor. Name is the only required field.
2. Look up the KVK number
Type the KVK number and click Lookup to auto-fill the company name and address. If the number already exists you get a warning so you don't create a duplicate. Add the VAT number, email, phone and website, then Save.
3. Add a risk assessment
Open the vendor, and on the Overview tab click Add assessment in the Risk analysis card. Rate Security, Compliance, Availability, Cost and Roadmap (1–5), add notes and Save. The score (0–100) and Low/Medium/High level update instantly.
4. Manage contacts & documents
The Contacts tab adds people (name and email required). The Documents tab uploads files (PDF, TXT, PNG, JPG); uploaded documents are also fed to Smart Intake for extraction.
5. See spend at a glance
The Overview tab's Spend overview totals the vendor's contracts and licences per year; the Contracts and Licences tabs break it down line by line.
