Plan and track preventive, corrective and inspection work orders with SLA and MTTR tracking.

Steps

1. Create a work order

Click Add, then enter the title, type, status, priority, vendor, scheduled date, SLA hours and cost, and Save.

2. Track SLA & close out

KPI tiles show SLA breaches and mean time to repair. Hover a row to edit or delete; completing an order records downtime against the asset.
