Users & roles

Manage your team, their roles and access. Roles (owner, admin, finance, IT, compliance, auditor, accountant, viewer) decide what each person may see and change.

Steps

1. Invite a user

Click Invite, enter the name, email and role, and Send invite. The user is added as active.

2. Edit, disable or restore

Hover a row to edit name/role, the lock icon to disable (after confirmation), the check icon to restore an inactive user, or the trash icon (admins) to archive permanently.
