One timeline of everything with a date that matters — contract end dates, licence renewals, warranties, insurance, vehicle MOT (APK) and facility inspections — so nothing slips through the cracks across modules.
Steps
1. Read the timeline
Items are grouped by month and sorted by date. The KPI tiles show how many are overdue, due within 30 days and within 90 days. Overdue/soon items are colour-coded.
2. Filter & jump to the record
Use the coloured chips to show or hide a type (contract, licence, warranty, insurance, MOT, inspection). Click any row to open the module it belongs to and act on it.
